If you are using technology to save the planet, we can help!

Around the world, people and plants and animals are in crisis, as a result of rising temperatures and lack of access to water. Technology has a role to play in solving that crisis.

Are you working on a tech solution that addresses freshwater or climate challenges? CSI’s Climate Ventures is recruiting now for the first cohort of Earth Tech: a six-month accelerator for startups and non-profits working with tech in a way that can positively impact on Canada’s communities and ecosystems.

During our previous climate programs, participating early-stage enterprises earned and raised over $22M.

With the support of the RBC Foundation and Bullfrog Power –and the expertise of WWF-Canada and top advisors– this program will help startups and nonprofits create meaningful impact.

We strongly encourage applications from members of groups underrepresented in the technology industry.

Being part of Earth Tech will give you access to:

ENTREPRENEURS IN RESIDENCE
Bi-weekly one-to-one time with top, seasoned Entrepreneurs in Residence for outcomes-based coaching.

ADVISORS
Office hours with dozens of advisors — including from RBC, Bullfrog Power, and WWF-Canada — with expertise and networks to help guide and connect.

WORKSPACE
Work out of Climate Ventures in downtown Toronto, and access the Centre for Social Innovation’s amazing facilities and amenities.

WORKSHOPS
Just-in-time learning provided through workshops for group trainings. Participate only when you actually need it.

CONNECTIONS
Tapping into our network of networks, we will connect you to the talent, services and opportunities that can make all the difference.

MASTERMIND GROUPS
Peer groups facilitated by the Entrepreneurs in Residence for peer-peer learning and support.

INCREASED PROFILE
We’ll help elevate your profile through marketing, storytelling, media relations, and events.

DEMO NIGHT
It all culminates with Demo Night where you will pitch to potential investors, funders and partners.

Applications to be a part of the first cohort in Toronto close October 25, 2019, and selected finalists will be invited to pitch in person in November. The program will kick off January, 2020.
