Alhan works at CSI as an Accounts Coordinator, with an undergraduate background in finance, and a long-standing belief that good systems matter because people matter. She enjoys making sense of numbers and processes, and sees this work as a way of creating stability, fairness, and trust – especially in humanitarian and social-impact settings.

Over the past decade, Alhan has worked closely with refugees and displaced communities across humanitarian programmes, project management, and social innovation. Much of her work has focused on supporting children’s growth and wellbeing, strengthening skills-building initiatives, and working alongside the youth and adults who deliver them, including in child-friendly spaces. She thrives on connecting with people, listening, and helping ideas move from intention into practice – contributing to programmes that feel safe, thoughtful, and genuinely useful to the communities they serve.
