[Public Event] Business Resiliency During COVID-19

Join us for an engaging workshop hosted by CSI Member, Challenge Factory, that supports and guides small businesses as they plan for pandemic recovery.

About this Event

Canada’s economy and job market are in crisis, and the road to recovery will be difficult. Small businesses are facing severe financial losses and gaps in skilled labour, accessible support tools, and knowledge exchange. This workshop will discuss tools to guide planning for pandemic recovery. Using Challenge Factory’s Recovery Ready Canada framework, the workshop will help organizations reconcile short-term re-opening activities with longer-term recovery approaches suited for a changed business landscape.

During this workshop, you will learn:

  • Understand what other participants are most hopeful for and fearful of fearful of as they look ahead to what’s next.
  • Play with tools that move you from crisis response to recovery planning.
  • Find hidden resources to help you as you navigate through the next few months.
  • Experience an open, positive and pro-active session where peers provide support and tools are practical.

Please note that we’ll use Zoom to connect. Registered participants will receive an event link via email on July 6. Don’t see an email from us? Be sure to check your spam folder in case it ended up there.
