The Immigrant and Refugee Communities--Neighbours, friends and families ( IRCNFF) Campaign and Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants (OCASI) in partnership with BAM-Books, Art, Music Collective and the Centre for Social Innovation are hosting a day of self-care event for refugees/immigrants and newcomers womxn age of 16+ to come together for self-care in wellbeing workshop to build their confidence, gratitude and supportive relationships with other women. 

Event agenda:

1:00 - 1:15 PM Opening introduction 

1:15 - 2:00 PM Music Workshop led by Art Therapist Nour Kadan, Founder of Music from hope 

2:00 PM - 2:45 PM Interactive Self-Care workshop 

2:45 - 3:10 PM Yoga session led by the Yoga instructor Aisha K
