CSI Art & Art History Club. This time’s theme: Invisible Cities

In 13th C Venice, rumours of the finest silk and whispers of spice and
tea would flood the docks of the markets, prompting many a traveller to journey
East; beginning the Age of Discovery. What incredible places did Marco Polo see
as he traveled all the way to the court of Emperor Kublai Khan? Sights that a world without accurate maps, photography or television
could not imagine…

Come join the Art & Art History Club, to imagine together, the
unimaginable, to visualise what was not visible, as described in Italo
Calvino’s
Invisible Cities.

Tuesday 5pm-6pm. Discussion continues in the ‘after party’ until 6.30 pm
or longer.

Led by the imaginative Richa Narvekar, Architect and Designer.
