Anna is the entrepreneurial co-founder and co-CEO of Tidal Equality, a company focused on becoming the world’s leading equitable innovation and strategy firm with a focus on expanding equity through strategy, innovation, and decision-making. Through Tidal Equality, she challenges some of the world’s most influential organizations and institutions to put equity at the heart of their most important work and decision-making to help make a real contribution to building a more equal, more just, and more prosperous future for all. Anna has been honoured with awards for her contributions to business and society, including the McGill University’s Desautels Management Achievement Disruptors Award for contributions to business and society and the Women’s Leadership Award from the Ontario New Democratic Party. Anna holds a Master of Research in Public Policy and Management from the University of London’s Birkbeck College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanistic Studies and Social History from McGill University. What gets Anna out of bed in the morning is a deep desire to lock arms with change-makers and help build a better world.
