In this workshop, we reintroduce ourselves – SIC Health – and guide participants through an interactive activity around Empathy Mapping within the context of Cancer Care.
We’re hosting this workshop based on requests from participants who could not attend our first Empathy Mapping workshop in May.
Participants will develop basic Empathy Mapping skills towards understanding a client/customer/patient/provider experience.
