Join Laura Miller for a yoga flow that focuses on building stability and body posture. Adding yoga to any lifestyle helps build our inner root core and has been proven to increase bone densities. Maintaining strong bones while learning to listen to our intuitive bodies is the foundation of her crafted classes.
You’ll also focus on breathing to help create a connection between our bodies, minds and health; by connecting we’re able to find patience and compassion for ourselves. In her yoga class, she’ll guide you toward understanding how this can be the core of your courage and strength to bring along with you in the journey of life.
Laura is a recent graduate of Mothership School of Yoga’s RYT 200 hatha yoga training course. She’s interested in and has knowledge about food and nutrition, chakras and crystal healing, kundalini yoga along with autoimmune diseases.
