In the meantime, please join us for this Flow & Restore yoga class from the comfort of your own home (or any outdoor space you have access to). Let’s keep our connection to breath, body & each other to get through this together 🙂
Each class, you will be invited to explore fluidity in motion and release tension through sequences created to link breath and movement. Expect a short meditation, leading into some soothing stretches that will build into an energetic flow. From there, we will cool down with restorative postures and culminate in a restful savasana.
