Has the landscape you work in changed? Mine certainly has! And quickly. So, how might we better track those shifts, understand how they shape our work, and be mindful of the communities our work is serving? Join me March 10th for How to CSI where I will introduce the Impact Gaps Canvas, developed by Daniela Papi-Thornton. This open source tool will help you take an “ecosystem” approach both at the outset of building a social enterprise and as an iterative practice when working on initiatives that require you to constantly adapt, evolve, respond, and engage your community towards collective impact. This tool is useful for all corporate forms, projects and initiatives. If your work is impact-driven, this tool will help you frame your context into actionable opportunities.
