What does 21st century leadership look like? Our next Lunch and Learn will engage participants in an interactive dialogue, emphasizing the importance of values-based leadership, servant leadership, and human-centred design-based leadership for creativity and innovation in today’s post-pandemic context!

This unique workshop will draw on, and combine, CSI Members Dr. Darren Levine and Laura Stephan‘s experiences and expertise as they work together to cultivate workplaces that inspire and engage, where all members can discover their creative potential and exercise leadership for innovative change.

By the end of this Lunch and Learn, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe key elements of a values-, service-, creativity- and innovation-oriented approach to leadership;
  2. Understand how this leadership framework works to cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within the workplace; and
  3. Apply this leadership framework to their work and leadership practice.

This event will take place on Monday, October 23, from 12:00 – 1:00 PM EDT. CSI Members get in for free! Non-members can purchase tickets for $10. No one will be turned away due to costs.
