What does 21st century leadership look like? Our next Lunch and Learn will engage participants in an interactive dialogue, emphasizing the importance of values-based leadership, servant leadership, and human-centred design-based leadership for creativity and innovation in today’s post-pandemic context!
This unique workshop will draw on, and combine, CSI Members Dr. Darren Levine and Laura Stephan‘s experiences and expertise as they work together to cultivate workplaces that inspire and engage, where all members can discover their creative potential and exercise leadership for innovative change.

- Describe key elements of a values-, service-, creativity- and innovation-oriented approach to leadership;
- Understand how this leadership framework works to cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within the workplace; and
- Apply this leadership framework to their work and leadership practice.
