On Monday, June 13, join Platform’s Executive Director Arezoo Najibzadeh in a discussion about Liberatory Leadership, Defining our values and Developing solidarity statements as individuals and in a workplace.
The Platform‘s Mission and Vision
We envision a liberated future where Black, Indigenous, and racialized women and gender-diverse folks have autonomy over their bodies, land, and decision-making in and for their communities.
We’re on a mission to build leadership capacity among young Black, Indigenous, and racialized women and gender-diverse youth to advance gender equity and justice.
By centring the lived experiences of marginalized young women and gender-diverse youth in our work, we are creating a platform to amplify issues and solutions that are often dismissed within civic institutions and mainstream discourse.
