Register here!

Engaging in difficult, sensitive, or emotionally-loaded conversations in the workplace is something everyone faces throughout their career. Whether the conversation is related to job performance, disagreements with colleagues, team dynamics or another challenge, these conversations require a thoughtful approach to be handled effectively. CSI Member Jay Gosselin will lead this workshop, teaching participants how to navigate difficult conversations with curiosity, compassion and courage so you and the other party can walk away feeling seen, heard and supported.

During this session, participants will:

  • Explore different types of difficult conversations that commonly arise in the workplace and how to approach each one effectively
  • Practice basic coaching skills to help you approach difficult conversations with curiosity, compassion and courage
  • Explore your own personal barriers to navigating difficult conversations

This event will take place on Monday, March 4, from 12:00 – 1:00 PM EST. CSI Members get in for free! Non-members can purchase tickets for $10. No one will be turned away due to costs. If this is a barrier, please send us a message at info[at]socialinnovation[dot]ca and we will follow up with a ticket discount code.
