In our busy and noisy world, solitude is a balm and a refuge.
When solitude is imposed or enforced it can be an instrument of oppression and censorship.
But when we choose solitude for ourselves, it can be a refuge and calm our active minds.
Join us for 75 quiet minutes. We’ll explore a range of thoughts about solitude and ponder where and how we find solitude in everyday life. We’ll pause for meditation and contemplation, and listen to our own and each other’s wisdom. Gentle guidelines will support a calm, confidential and protected space.
