As a change-maker, are you seeking more ease, broader reach and greater impact?
For those of us committed to making a difference in the world, the capacity to effectively collaborate is crucial. That said, collaboration can feel a lot more challenging than we’d like it to be. Consider this: it doesn’t have to be this way.
If you are intrigued about a different way, join seasoned facilitators Elizabeth Soltis and Twyla Kowalenko for an innovative and dynamic workshop. With expertise in emotional and somatic intelligence, they will support the group in exploring the nuances of collaboration. Elizabeth and Twyla will use a whole-person learning approach through accessible and hands on exercises.
In order to experience a new way to collaborate, participants will be introduced to the concept of “Authentic Collaboration.” This paradigm balances respect for self, others and Earth while working towards a shared goal. The tools and skills revolve around the ability to hold all needs with care. Through practice we develop more resilience, greater harmony, and greater capacity in the work that matters to us.
Together, let’s step beyond the “us versus them” way of thinking and embody a “we” mindset. It’s time to reimagine the “how” of collaboration to expand our impact and experience ease and joy in our relationships. The conversation is applicable to both professional and personal relationships.
You are invited to this daylong immersion in a beautiful space to learn, network and self-discover.
Networking time will be offered during lunch and breaks. Lunch will be catered by award-winning George Restaurant. Participants can also sign-up for confidential coaching at an additional fee. This voluntary option is a support in applying the tools to one’s context.
deadline to register is Friday, September 23rd at 11am
