We all have a mental health that we must care for, which has become increasingly difficult during these uncertain times.
Our minds and bodies are intricately connected, and much stress and tension is held in the body. Healing occurs through slowing down and connecting within.
This offering provides a safe space for us to join together and take time to consciously and mindfully listen deeply to the sensations in our bodies, the emotions that we have buried under the surface, and the yearning of our soul.
It is through this inner work of connection that healing occurs. Join us for this journey of inner exploration.
8-week virtual series
Thurs eve; 7:00 – 8:15pm EST
Feb 3rd – March 24th
Each session will include mindfulness meditation and yin & restorative yoga postures related to a specific theme we will be exploring that week.
There will be time at the end of each session for optional sharing with the group any insights that arose through the practices.
This offering is accessible to all. No matter your age, gender, level of ability ~ all are welcome to join. Each posture will include modifications so you can always choose what works best for your body and emotional state at the time.
