What are the lessons you have learned over the past month, and what intentions are you bringing with you into the future?
This slow-paced yoga and writing session will provide a supportive space to turn inwards and reflect on the month that has passed, and the new one to come.
If you feel any physical, emotional or energetic blockages ~ I hope these offerings provides you with a space to free up some of that energy to enter a new month with clarity, hope and wisdom.
I am really excited to offer this Pay-What-You-Can monthly class to wind down & turn inwards with you.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a slow style of yoga with long holds in postures to target your deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. In our yin practice, we hold postures for 3-5 minutes which allows us to access the deep benefits of the posture and open up blockages so that the energy can flow freely.
The benefits of yin yoga include balancing the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing circulation, improving flexibility, releasing fascia and improving the flow of Qi or prana
