The Women of Ontario Social Enterprise Network and Costron + Co. have partnered to bring you this two-part workshop series. Register here.
In this two-part workshop series, we will focus on what matters most to you in your life and learn how to align and leverage those values in your business. In today’s context, it is difficult to see the bigger picture and to strategically plan for business growth and development. With this in mind, we will focus on what’s right in front of us, what’s attainable now, and consider our life and work priorities for the next short while.
During this series, you will be guided through reflections & exercises that will allow you to forge the connection between the wisdom of your heart and the intelligence of your mind. This is a space where you can learn to trust your awareness and intuition and bring that into alignment with your business acumen.
Growth is never by mere chance; it requires careful consideration, planning and detailed execution strategies to launch your business, or move it to the next level.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Clearly articulated intentions for your growth, both business and personal
- A map to help move you forward, even when the world feels paused
- Greater commitment to yourself, your goals, and your business
- Connection to other women-identified and nonbinary entrepreneurs

Jacquie Costron
As a Certified Financial Planner for 25 years, I held various leadership roles guiding over 45 independent advisors on all elements of business development. I also studied financial therapy, giving me insight into people’s relationship with money and what barriers may exist to self-actualization.
After navigating the corporate world for nearly 30 years, I closed that chapter to focus on social enterprise entrepreneurs with a dream of guiding them towards manifestation of their dreams.
As a lifelong learner, I have a unique toolkit that brings a personalized approach, allowing me to support you as your life twists, turns and shifts.
I am a Certified Coach, Licensed Heart Centered Facilitator, and Lumina Spark Practitioner. I am here unfurled & aligned through Curiosity, Grace & Light.
