There is a Green P parking lot at 365 Lippincott Avenue (Click to see map), just south of Bloor Street and two blocks east of Bathurst. The building is a four-minute walk from the lot, west on Lennox Street to Bathurst.

CSI Annex Members
CSI Annex members work across sectors from farming to finance and everything in between.
We bought and renovated CSI Annex in 2010 with $2M coming from the sale of Community Bonds. The building, built before 1920, boasts five floors totaling 36,000 square feet of social innovation potential bursting with entrepreneurial energy. The first floor is a community gathering place with event spaces and plenty of social space to chill-out and connect. The second and third floors have a vibrant mix of private offices, private desks and shared desks, hosting an incredible diversity of members in a beautiful and open collaborative environment. Floors four and five have larger private offices and themed incubation spaces focussed on improving our city and bringing new projects to life.
Ground Floor The ground floor of CSI Annex is fully accessible for mobile devices. Guests will enter through the south-east door – the entrance is equipped with a lift.
The 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th floors of CSI Annex are not fully accessible: they can be reached via an elevator with a door of 30” width. Functionally this means that while we are able to accommodate many accessibility devices, those using larger devices may need alternative arrangements.
Should guests wish to access the elevator and the upper floors they will enter through the north side entrance.

CSI Annex is minutes from Bathurst subway station with banks, gyms and a plethora of affordable restaurants and bars nearby. You can catch a film at the Bloor Hot Docs Cinema after work, or head south to Harbord Street for some fancy dining when you have a new milestone to celebrate!
