Hello CSI! I encourage people to understand conflict as an opportunity for change and growth, and support them to develop their emotional capacity and practical skills to deal with conflict more successfully. I offer Family Mediation, Interpersonal Coaching, Conflict Resolution Training, and Organisational Conflict Resolution Services.
As a Family Mediator and Coach, I support parents going through separation and divorce to find the best solution for their unique family and children. I help people step out of old conflict patterns, find clarity about their roles as co-parents, and envision a preferred future for their family. I work with people to come to an agreement that enables them to build toward a new relationship as co-parents. I also have personal and professional experience working with LGBTTIQ2SA and non-traditional families.
I have training and experience in popular education, restorative justice, and narrative practices, and bring twelve years of community-based experience as an organizer and educator into my conflict resolution work. In addition to my private practice, I teach Introduction to Restorative Justice in the Community Worker Program at George Brown College.
I have a monthly blog, where I post thoughts, tips, and advice on dealing with conflict, and building stronger relationships. Check it out at my website below!
I am dedicated to supporting people to recognize and build their own capacity, experience, and knowledge to resolve conflict and relationship strife in all aspects of their life.
Drop me a line if you're interested in learning more! I love connecting with people at CSI, and am always open for an interesting collaboration!
