Proper firm profile to follow, but in the meantime: ----------- Fathima's legal practice focuses on advancing the public good through worker rights. She regularly assists unions in organizing new units and in servicing existing ones. In the non-union context, she represents workers facing discrimination in their workplace and students facing discrimination in their universities and colleges. She has appeared before labour arbitrators, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Social Benefits Tribunal. Fathima teaches at the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor, where she is additionally a Senior Fellow with the Faculty's Transnational Law &Justice Network. She is also an incoming visiting faculty member at the City College of New York's Beyond Identity program.
