The Creative Hub 1352 is a non-profit organization that acts as a catalyst, facilitator and leader in supporting the adaptive re-use, management, and programming of the Small Arms Inspection building as a Creative Hub (43,000 sf. industrial space, heritage-protected) for the community and visitors. We work in four pillars: heritage, environment, arts, and innovation. We succeed in working in partnership with individuals, stakeholders and organizations to develop creative programming emphasizing collaboration across disciplines and the intersection of people and ideas. We aspire to one day own and operate the Small Arms Inspection Building bringing it to its full potential through the engagement of people and their creative genius.
