I have many years of experience working in the public, education, private and non-profit sectors. My skill sets include writing, research,
teaching, facilitation, coaching, consulting, organizational design, public relations, strategic planning and practical small business administration.
For the past two years my focus has been on building my coaching and facilitation practice and getting to know my grandchildren who live with us in Pickering. I am prepared to work in all sectors, but my knowledge of applied psychology and contact with social entrepreneurship has taught me how important social innovation initiatives have become as laboratories for complex problem solution testing. My core interest remains strategic thinking which teaches me constantly that we need to keep generating multiple solutions simultaneously to solve the multiple big problems we still don't realize we have. Government, philanthropy, NGO's, academia even corporations have their place, but only social entrepreneurship is capable of creating the variety and range of options our entangled culture demands. I believe I can hep realize the possibilities that implies.
