After ten years of working in the hospitality industry, our founder Haritha Gnanaratna decided to ditch what many would consider a key ingredient in his work: alcohol. 35% people in Canada don’t drink, and countless more are cutting back their alcohol consumption. But most stores, restaurants, and events don't offer high-quality non-alcoholic drink options. This creates a barrier to diversity and inclusion. Haritha aims to remove that barrier through the creation of small batch single serving non-alcoholic craft cocktails. The Toronto Star says: “Temperance Cocktails, which come in four flavours and cost $5 each, could easily pass for real cocktails both in terms of appearance and taste. They’re natural-tasting and complex and boast a pretty serious depth of flavour."
