SWERHUN Inc. | Facilitation and Decision Support designs and delivers consultation and engagement processes for governments and public agencies. Established in 2004, it was founded by Nicole Swerhun, a professional facilitator who developed a consulting practice that specializes in making large, complex multistakeholder projects constructive and manageable. Our reputation is based on the ability of our team to steward decision making processes that bring people and information together in a way that addresses key issues, helps people understand the consequences of different choices/courses of action, and ultimately build the trust, relationships and support required for projects to succeed. The SWERHUN team has an office in downtown Toronto at the Centre for Social Innovation. Our in house team is supported by a strong network of individuals and organizations who we collaborate with regularly to deliver a range of short term and long term contracts.
