The world is waking up to the urgency of the climate crisis and it’s about time. We need all hands on deck to implement existing solutions as well as spur and support the innovations that don’t yet exist.

That’s why, two years ago, we launched Earth Tech: our six-month accelerator for early-stage cleantech startups or nonprofits working on climate and water solutions anywhere in Canada.

We’re recruiting now for our 2022 cohort – learn more and apply, or spread the word!

The Climate Ventures team, as part of CSI and Foresight Canada, supports Earth Tech ventures with one-to-one coaching with our experienced network of Entrepreneurs-in-Residence and advisors, customized workshops, connections, access to investors and more.

While participating in Earth Tech, 33 early-stage ventures have achieved a combined: $7.8 million earned and raised, 142 jobs supported, 68 pilots run, and 176 partnerships established.

Heading into our third year, we’re proud that our cohorts have consistently noted the high quality of Earth Tech’s coaching, training, and our focus on achieving and measuring environmental impact.

Testimonial from ALT TEX, a 2021 Earth Tech-accelerated venture: “As an impact startup, at the end of the day, your mission is to make the world a better place. Through its incredible community and mentors, Earth Tech brings that mission into sharp focus and makes you continuously renew that dedication towards impact.”

We’re searching for 20 promising ventures working on climate or water tech for our 2022 cohort. Learn more and apply, or spread the word!

We’re also hosting an info session on October 26 for interested applicants where you’ll hear from CSI and Foresight Canada staff about all Accelerate from Anywhere programs. RSVP here!
