CSI Launches RFP Process for 720 Bathurst

On Monday, January 22nd, CSI launched the official RFP process for anyone interested in the purchase of the storied brick and beam gem, 720 Bathurst St., that has been home to CSI Annex for the last decade. 

We’ve been thrilled to see so many visionary ideas for the future, and we’re looking forward to seeing how those manifest as offers when the time comes. For those who did not register to receive the RFP, here is a summary of key dates: 

  • Deadline for Proponent Inquiries: 5:00 PM, February 15, 2024
  • Expected Response to Inquiries: 5:00 PM, March 1, 2024
  • Deadline for Issuing Addenda: 5:00 PM, March 15, 2024
  • Submission Due Date: 12:00 noon, March 29, 2024
