CSI Annex (720 Bathurst St.)

Ground Floor

The ground floor of CSI Annex is fully accessible for mobile devices. Guests will enter through the south-east door – the entrance is equipped with a lift.

Upper Floors

The 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th floors of CSI Annex are not fully accessible: they can be reached via an elevator with a door of 30” width. Functionally this means that while we are able to accommodate many accessibility devices, those using larger devices may need alternative arrangements.

Should guests wish to access the elevator and the upper floors they will enter through the north side entrance.

Instructions for Wheeltrans Drivers

Drivers should park in front of 720 Bathurst St. Ground floor guests will enter through the south-east entrance – the entrance is equipped with a lift. Upper floors guests will enter through the north side entrance – the entrance next to the elevator.

CSI Regent Park (585 Dundas St. E., 3rd Floor)

CSI Regent Park is fully accessible from the main entrance at 585 Dundas St. E. CSI Regent Park is located on the 3rd floor which is accessible via elevators found inside the building.

Instructions for Wheeltrans Drivers

Drivers should park in front of the Daniels Spectrum building located at 585 Dundas St. E. Guests can use elevators, located in the south lobby, to access the 3rd floor.

CSI Spadina (192 Spadina Ave.)

Ground Floor

CSI Spadina’s ground floor is fully accessible with a lift on the south side of the building. Guests will enter through the south laneway door, which has a lift. The laneway is located between 192 Spadina and 190 Spadina.

When you arrive in the building please contact our welcome desk (416-979-3939 ext. 1) to have a staff or DECA to provide access to the lift.

Upper Floors

The coworking space on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are not fully accessible: they can be reached via an elevator with a door of 30” width. Functionally this means that while we are able to accommodate many accessibility devices, those using larger devices may need alternative arrangements.

Instructions for Wheeltrans Drivers

Drivers should park at 192 Spadina Ave., just south of the entrance. Guests will travel westward across a paved laneway towards the accessible entrance, which has a lift.

CSI Climate Ventures (192 Spadina Ave., Suite 216)

Climate Ventures is located on the 2nd floor of CSI Spadina at 192 Spadina Ave. and is not fully accessible.

It can be entered via a lift and an elevator with a door of 30” width. Functionally this means that while we are able to accommodate many accessibility devices, those using larger devices may need alternative arrangements

Guests will enter through the south laneway door, which has a lift. The laneway is located between 192 Spadina and 190 Spadina.

When you arrive in the building please contact our welcome desk (416-979-3939 ext. 1) to have a staff or DECA to provide access to the lift.

After using the lift guests will move through the ground floor space to an elevator located in the north-west corner of the building, and will travel to the 2nd floor.
