Just south of Bloor at 720 Bathurst, CSI Annex is our beautiful five-story, brick-and-beam building bursting with social innovation and entrepreneurial energy. We’re home to 100+ small and medium sized orgs of every stripe and count 500+ members and hundreds of visitors as the heartbeat of our mission to collaborate for impact.

An essential ingredient of our world-renowned recipe is assembling a diverse spectrum of Hot Desks, Dedicated Desks, Team Tables, and Private Offices where everyone can work safely and productively to create the world they want.

In consultation with CSI staff, please take a look at these spaces and let us become your next basecamp for the good work you dream of and do. All asking prices include the cost of rent and shared amenities.

You get 720 coins every month to reserve any one of our 7 meetings rooms and 4 phone booths. 20% discount on event spaces. Adjacent amenities include kitchens, library, games, art zone, and all-gender washrooms.

As members, your staff can opt-in to CSI community animation activities and professional development programs onsite and/or online. This premium workspace at 720 Bathurst is located 2 blocks south of subway lines, streetcars, bike lanes, and an amazing array of food and recreation choices.
