We are committed to ensuring all members and their guests are able to use our services. Information on our buildings’ accessibility is available here.

Cancellations

All Meeting Room cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking, or you will be responsible for the full cost of the booking.

Please read these important guidelines to get information about accessing the space after-hours and on weekends, where to find your equipment, how you will be invoiced, and what to do if you need to modify your booking.

Meeting Rooms are smaller enclosed rooms typically used for board meetings, team meetings, and smaller activities.

Event Spaces are larger open-concept spaces, or a combination of open-concept space with meeting rooms.

The time of your booking with us should include time that you need to set up and clean up your event.

CSI issues invoices monthly. We will send you an electronic invoice for the amount of the rental at the beginning of the month following your booking, which will include payment instructions.
