Program Manager - SI Canada
Chloe is thrilled to be joining the Social Innovation Canada team as a part-time Program Manager based in Montreal. She combines her background in design, community-building and radically collaborative organizations into a fierce drive to create a world where (all) life can thrive.
Growing up in beautiful New Zealand after being born in the UK, designing regenerative forms of human inhabitation of the land became a passion and led to a broad experimentation of how to engage people in becoming active stewards of living systems. These projects ranged from indie music festivals where the price of entry was planting trees, to crowd-grown dining events, a crowd-funding platform for restoring rivers and lastly an ambitious community-created urban food hub in post-earthquake Christchurch. Along the way she got deeply involved in the Enspiral network – an organization of over 200 social entrepreneurs with no bosses or management hierarchy.
Since moving to Canada two years ago she’s been a thought and practice leader in the more human-centred future of work. Recently she’s become increasingly involved in the social innovation labs field. In her spare time Chloe indulges her joys of dance, forest-bathing, cooking awesome vegan food, hosting retreats and doing energy healing. She’s incredibly excited to bring all of this expertise to Social Innovation Canada – helping to weave together a powerful ecosystem for impact.
