As the Centre for Social Innovation’s Manager of Impact & Accelerators, Barnabe works with funders, partners and other stakeholders to design and oversee CSI’s acceleration programs, which accelerate the success and amplify the impact of promising social ventures. He has played a central role in the development of CSI’s Impact Dashboard and Soshent.net that enable social entrepreneurs to measure their impact and connect to the supports of innovation intermediaries across Canada (such as accelerators, incubators, mentorship programs, training, funding, etc.). Previously as CSI’s Communications Architect, Barnabe helped drive CSI’s internal and external communications. He is a 2015 Reelworld Impact Film Lab Emerging Filmmaker, a 2015 Ariane de Rothschild Fellow for his work in Solutions Journalism, a social entrepreneur, and holds a Masters in Journalism from Columbia University.
