Originally from Hong Kong, Kylor brings a unique rhythm and a sharp eye for detail to the CSI team. With a background in Music and a move to Toronto to study Arts Management, she has a natural knack for making complex “behind-the-scenes” logistics look effortless.

Kylor is especially at home in the world of festival production, where she loves the challenge of turning a big vision into a seamless, high-energy reality. Beyond the technical side, she is deeply passionate about fostering neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ inclusive spaces. For her, event staff isn’t just about moving chairs; it’s about ensuring the room feels genuinely welcoming for every community member who walks through the door.

When she isn’t orchestrating the perfect event flow, Kylor is likely hunting for vintage treasures across the city. She has a deep appreciation for things with a history and a story to tellI. If you see her around the space, feel free to stop her for a chat about festival life, community building, or your favourite local thrift spots.
